We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. If a guest objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use at any time by written request.

When purchasing from our website, you can shop with complete confidence. When you order, your information is stored in a secure area of our server behind a secure socket layer (SSL), meaning that your personal information is systematically jumbled and encrypted into a non-readable format. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. www.mybodycomfort.com is designed to be viewed with all common browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, America Online and others on both PC and Mac platforms. To purchase merchandise from our site, you must use  a browser which is SSL-compliant and has a “secure mode.” When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on nearly every product we offer that is purchased directly from this website (www.mybodycomfort.com). Please contact customer service using this form in advance to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date. Return process will be provided when RMA is given. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days, upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We cannot credit shipping charges on returns.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We ship UPS to any location within the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Other U.S. Territories, except P.O. boxes. Brokerage, customs, or any other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For International orders and U.S. Military addresses please contact customer service using this form. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and shipping. Items generally ship within 2-5 business days from the date of order, from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. We typically ship your order using UPS Ground Residential. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon where your order is destined, but our experience has shown that most orders are received between 3 and 7 business days after leaving our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. An e-mail message will be sent when your order ships. This e-mail will list your order number and UPS tracking number. Please retain this and reference your order number should you need to correspond with us. We currently do not offer expedited shipping services.

Please Note: Out-of-state orders will not be charged sales tax. Orders within California will be charged 9.75% sales tax.
